5 Star focus
How to utilise the STAR function
The STAR function is made for your to start your business
by focusing on the right people!
It is Quality not Quantity that will determine the strength of your business!
Go to your LIST, by choosing Contacts in the Top Main Menu, and set the RELATION filter to LEAD.
If your list is small, eg. less than 100 people, your need to go to the QUICK LEAD function, and top up your list. (See the Build a strong list tutorial)
Now look carefully through your list, or go through the list of your Downline, and ask yourselves this question: Who is the TOP FIVE most important people on my list?
WHO are:
- Business oriented
- People people
- Have success in their existing business
- Are open minded
- People you admire
- People that you would love to spend time with
- People who have the potential to grow
Pin point your 5 stars, and add STAR to their names, by simply opening their contact cards, and choose STAR in the RELATION Drop down menu at the top.
These are the people that should meet your Upline, be invited to special events and be presented to the business opportunity by you and your Upline, or running partner.
When the STAR is converted into af customer or partner, you change the STAR status on their contact card accordingly. If you need to keep focus on these persons, you can add the FOCUS code to their name in Categories.
Bonus info
Note that the number of your stars is alway shown in your Pipeline, in order for you to keep track of your most important assets!
Upline Tip
Use the STAR function to start up your new Downlines with a clear focus on who you (Together) should contact first.
