Relation and Category settings
Use Relation and Category to administrate your contacts
The RELATION and CATEGORY settings are used to differentiate your contacts, or to create new groups of contacts, with similar interests.
You can use the settings to create a clear overview of all your contacts, by breaking them down into clear segments. Customers, Doctors, Personal interests etc.
Relations tells you something about the type of contact, Lead, Prospect etc.
Category tells something about the contacts interests, background, occupation what they buy from you, which events they have attended.
You can change and add your own Relations and Categories in the Settings menu.
How to
Open your contact list, by clicking on CONTACTS in the Top menu.
If you have applied a relation or category to any of your contacts, a Drop Down menu appears above the your contact list.
Default setting will always be ALL, but you can choose the settings of your choice, and the system will remember it for the rest of the session.
